How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At YM.MANIA, we want you to love your fit. You can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. Since we curate various styles, we also include fit notes (e.g., 'Oversized' or 'Slim Fit') in the product description to help you make the right choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible customers.
How can I track my order once it has been placed?
