Returns & Exchanges
At YM.MANIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your YM.MANIA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
